ATLANTA — Atlanta rapper and fed plant Belly Gang Kushington has announced plans to open a new ibogaine clinic on the city’s West Side, promising prospective patients a “full reset” from addiction, trauma and poor lifestyle decisions incurred by hanging out at Magic City too much.
The clinic, Kushington’s House of Healing & Other Shit, will reportedly combine traditional ibogaine treatment with several distinctly Atlanta modalities, including trap music, luxury vehicles and what the rapper describes as “a lot of real-ass conversations.”
Kushington, who has built a growing profile in Atlanta’s hip-hop scene, said the facility was inspired by his own transition from street life into music and fatherhood.
“I been through some shit,” Kushington reportedly told reporters at a press conference held outside a smoothie shop. “So I figured why not help other people go through some shit too?”
The clinic’s flagship program, The Streets Is Yours: 10-Day Ibogaine Reset, will begin with a medical screening followed by a psychedelic experience, four hours of trap music and an optional session in which patients are encouraged to call their exes and “say what really need to be said no cap.”
A premium package will include private bulletproof Cadillac transport, ceremonial Waffle House scented incense and a post-treatment recording session where patients can document “what the ghosts sayin’.”
Kushington said the clinic will be cash and bling only, and is not at all affiliated with MK Ultra or related psyops like many of the other ibogaine initiatives out there.
“We taking cash, jewelry, and other non-traceable monetary instruments,” he said. “Healing is healing, but we still gotta pay the light bill.”
The clinic’s slogan:
“What the fuck goin on inside tho”
